So this is what is under the kitchen sink in my new apartment. We are on the ground floor of an old house; three windows don’t lock. There are holes in the floor where the boards have fallen in near the air return thingies. We need weather stripping like mad. But there is a little backyard, so that’s pretty great. Right?
