New (to me) Things
My (dog’s) new dogbed came today.
Amazon.com’s purported dimension: 29x39x4 inches. That’s 1131 LxW. It’s awesome. I might even sleep on it. Happily. My 50 lb dog can easily snuggle up alone in the middle of this mass of fluffy blue happypad. Kinda wish I’d bought two while they were on sale. Oh well.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful to have such ridiculously low rent costs. But the air filter we just installed on August 6th has already gone from white to dark grey. At my last apartment, we changed the air filter every three months, which I believe is considered standard. I know this house was built in 1950 and we’ve got two dogs, but STILL. This is just absurd.
